The AI that runs your workflow can also help you troubleshoot it. Describe what you expected, what happened instead, and any error message. With access to your project, it can inspect the problem, explain a possible fix and help you test it. Many issues can be worked through in the same conversation.
DIY is self-service. Personal installation, calls, remote support and ongoing human troubleshooting are not included. Videos and illustrated walkthroughs are being added; your package includes written instructions now.
Follow the instructions on a supported Mac with the required permissions. If the setup still cannot produce a playable video, request a technical-failure refund. This does not guarantee a particular creative result, audience growth or satisfaction.
Full refund before you start onboarding. After that, if your Mac or permissions do not meet the requirements you confirmed, a qualifying refund has a $50 deduction, capped at what you paid. A qualifying failure on a compliant setup receives a full refund. Read the refund and support terms.

Attention Genie is built to help a real person share real ideas. You bring the ideas, footage, voice and direction. AI assists with organizing and editing your material, captions, titles and descriptions, so more of your time goes into what you want to say. It does not offer generated footage, cloned voices or a virtual version of you. You review the work and decide what gets published.
No. It works really well for those, but it works with all kinds of video styles! The better the images, footage, and direction you give it, the better the output. Remember: Attention Genie isn’t a video generation model. You are the creator. This is the engine that helps get your creations out into the world.

You do not need to be an editor, but DIY requires comfort installing tools, granting computer permissions and following technical setup instructions. Choose on-site setup if you want me to do that with you.
DIY is $100 once. On-site setup in the Austin area is $2,500, including two weeks of setup support and two years of workflow updates. Outside Austin, inquire for a phone call and custom travel pricing. ChatGPT and other service fees are separate.
